Kitchen / Dining room

The Kitchen has a large dining table that seats six - eight. There is a large inglenook fireplace, oak flooring with underfloor heating, electric range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

 

Sitting Room

The sitting room has flagstone flooring, a woodburner (first basket of logs included), TV and DVD.

There is also a snug room with TV, DVD and a sofa bed to provide facilities for 2 further guests by arrangement only.

Bedrooms

There are 3 bedrooms, all ensuite.

1 king-size double room with shower, 1 twin bedroom with shower and 1 twin room (in which the beds can be put together to make a super-king size bed) with bath and mixer shower.

There is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a WC.

The enclosed garden is spacious and includes a patio area with seating. There is ample off-road parking.

Bed linen, towels, electric and central heating are all included. We regret that no smoking is allowed in the house. Upto 2 dogs are welcome (but not upstairs).

*Guests are advised that due to the listed building status there are low beams and doorways in the twin bedroom, snug and utility room.
